Screening Tenants
Qualifying a potential tenant is something we take very seriously. We perform background checks, credit checks, employment verifications, criminal activity and past landlord payment history. Nothing is left to chance. All requirements must be met before we will execute a lease on any of our managed properties.



Rent Collections

Each month we will collect rent payment(s) on your behalf and get payment to you in a timely manner. We know how important this is to you so we make it top priority.




Maintenance & Repairs
Our staff is on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to ensure any emergencies get handled quickly and efficiently. We utilize various Independent Contractors for all maintenance and/or repair services and we detail it all on your monthly reports. 




Management Fees
We are a full service management company that fully understands the importance of ROI! That’s why our fees are low and our service levels are high. We do not charge extra for evictions, late notices, maintenance work or any other service. Everything is included in our low monthly management fee.
