What is the total move in cost / down payment?
The total move in cost for any of our properties is always the first month’s rent plus the deposit. The deposit will be paid at the time of lease signing and the first month’s rent will be due when you come in to pick up the keys for the property.
How do I pay rent?

How old do you have to be to apply?
In order for us to pull your credit and background you must be 18 years of age.
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Check your lease to see if a pet is allowed, or call the office.

Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, absolutely. The purpose of your security deposit is to ensure you will deliver the property upon move out in the same, or better, condition than you received it and that you will pay your rent on time and in full.
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
Your lease outlines the amount of notice required and how the notice is to be served. Please review your lease and contact our office with any questions.

How long does the application process take?
Once we receive all documentation (meaning the application and income verification) it usually takes about 2-3 business days to complete. Please note we are closed on the weekends and holidays.
